Good text, very poor support for online correctness.

The book overall is fine. Using the online materials that come with the book is very frustrating. Editing has not been updated very well from version 1. If you believe your answer to be true, check the text book. This problem also extends to the study guide. Very frustrating since the publisher was made aware of this information three years ago.

Great for nursing school

I purchased this book for nursing school and it has helped me a lot when it comes to medication and learning what different drugs are. As a beginner it is the perfect book to learn the pharmocology of medication and get to know how to tell medications apart in daily life and ones that you will encounter in clinicals or at the hospital. I still use this book and I am in my last term of nursing school, it will always be helpful.
